Prices
All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Payment
Payment for goods must be made prior to dispatch, we accept credit/debit cards and payment through paypal.
Skin Nutrition will not be held responsible for the late dispatch of goods should a payment be declined. Your credit card will be debited when your order is dispatched. We will endeavor to dispatch your order within two working days, but please allow 28 days for delivery within the UK and up to 36 days worldwide. All items are subject to availability. There may be a delay in dispatching your order if any item is out of stock; you will be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order if expected dispatch exceeds 28 days.
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or our chosen courier.
Delivery
UK Orders
- Free Delivery is available on all UK orders over £10.00, this is our standard delivery option, sent 2nd class with Royal Mail, delivery should take 2-7 working days.
- Standard delivery costs £2.50. Your order will be sent second class with Royal Mail, delivery should take 2-7 working days. This service is free on all orders over £10.
- Premium delivery costs £3.00. Your order will be sent first class with Royal Mail, delivery should take 1-3 working days. This service is free on all orders over £50,
- Express Fully Trackable costs £5.00. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class trackable service, delivery should take 1-2 working days.
- Special delivery costs £7.00. Your order will be couried to you for next day delivery. We can only provide this service for next day delivery if your order is received before 3pm. *If an ordered item is not available for this service we will contact you straight away, we can not provide this service on weekends or bank holidays.
Orders for Europe there is a flat rate charge of £5.00 using standard airmail, or £20.00 for courier, delivery takes up to 5 working days, for the rest of the world it is £10.00.
Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the UK postal system for a period of 28 days and 36 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
Distance Selling
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through the website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods.
Skin Nutrition will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned via Royal Mail/Courier Service until they are received at Skin Nutrition 133 Bath Road, Cheltenham, GL53 7LT and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of a tracked delivery system. Please note we do not refund postage/carriage on goods returned except where goods have been incorrectly dispatched or damaged in transit. See below.
Once we have received the goods in a re saleable condition, a refund for the cost of the products only, will be made to your credit/debit card.
Returns/Refunds
Should your goods have been damaged in transit please notify Skin Nutrition within 3 days of receipt, if the goods were received by courier, the customer must, when signing for the goods, state they are damaged. If we accidentally dispatch an incorrect item, please return the goods to Skin Nutrition, if possible re-using the packaging in which the order arrived and enclosing a copy of your invoice and receipt, we will offer a full refund, or exchange and reimburse your postage. Skin Nutrition cannot accept returned goods that have been opened or tampered with. All returns must be made within 14 days.
Samples
Everytime you place an order with Skin Nutrition we will throw in some free samples for you try. This is subject to what we have in stock at the time the order is processed and subject to availability. If we are sadly out of stock of samples we will send your order with out samples.
