Prices
All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Payment
Payment for goods must be made prior to dispatch, we accept credit/debit cards and cheques.
Skin Nutrition will not be held responsible for the late dispatch of goods should a payment be declined. Your credit card will be debited when your order is dispatched. We will endeavor to dispatch your order within two working days, but please allow 28 days for delivery within the UK. All items are subject to availability. There may be a delay in dispatching your order if any item is out of stock; you will be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order if expected dispatch exceeds 28 days.
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or our chosen courier
Postage and Packing
Postage and Packaging is free of charge through out UK on orders over £10.00, orders under this value will have a £3.00 charge. Orders for Europe there is a flat rate charge of £3.00, for the rest of the world it is £10.00.
All orders are sent out using 1st class royal mail postal service. If another service is required please contact us and we can look into this for you at an extra cost to you.
Orders
Orders paid will be dispatched within 2 working days (stock permitting). Orders are restricted to the UK only.
Distance Selling
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through the website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods.
Skin Nutrition will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned via Royal Mail/Courier Service until they are received at Skin Nutrition 133 Bath Road, Cheltenham, GL53 7LT and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of a tracked delivery system. Please note we do not refund postage/carriage on goods returned except where goods have been incorrectly dispatched or damaged in transit. See below.
Once we have received the goods in a re saleable condition, a refund for the cost of the products only, will be made to your credit/debit card.
Returns/Refunds
Should your goods have been damaged in transit please notify Skin Nutrition within 3 days of receipt, if the goods were received by courier, the customer must, when signing for the goods, state they are damaged. If we accidentally dispatch an incorrect item, please return the goods to Skin Nutrition, if possible re-using the packaging in which the order arrived and enclosing a copy of your invoice and receipt, we will offer a full refund, or exchange and reimburse your postage. Skin Nutrition cannot accept returned goods that have been opened or tampered with. All returns must be made within 14 days.
