Which cards do you accept?
We accept the following cards through SecureHosting.
We also accept payment made through Pay Pal.
All payments on this website are made through SecureHosting Ltd's fast, robust and secure payment server.

Which currencies do you accept?
We currently only accept payment in GBP (£).
UK Orders
- Free Delivery is available on all UK orders over £10.00, this is our standard delivery option, sent 2nd class with Royal Mail, delivery should take 2-7 working days.
- Standard delivery costs £2.50. Your order will be sent second class with Royal Mail, delivery should take 2-7 working days. This service is free on all orders over £10.
- Premium delivery costs £3.00. Your order will be sent first class with Royal Mail, delivery should take 1-3 working days. This service is free on all orders over £50,
- Express Fully Trackable costs £5.00. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class trackable service, delivery should take 1-2 working days.
- Special delivery costs £7.00. Your order will be couried to you for next day delivery. We can only provide this service for next day delivery if your order is received before 3pm. *If an ordered item is not available for this service we will contact you straight away, we can not provide this service on weekends or bank holidays.
European Orders
- Free Delivery is available in the European Union. on orders when you spend over £50.00 in a single transaction this is with standard airmail.
- For all orders below £50.00 there will be a £5.00 charge for postage and packing using standard airmail or £20.00 using courier.
Rest Of The World
- There is a £10.00 minimum charge towards costs for orders to the rest of the world. Please contact us (sales@skinnutrition.co.uk) for more details.

How does my order get sent?
The order will be sent either by Royal Mail or DHL.
When will my order be dispatched?
Provided the product is in stock it will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. If we receive the order before 15:00 hours the product will get sent out on the same day.
Can I track my order?
You are able to track your order if you select next day delivery. We will email you your tracking code. At present your are unable to track your order if you select standard or premium delivery. However we are currently in the process of adding this functionality to our website. If you need an update on your order please telephone our helpline on 01242 510584 and one of our staff will be able to help.
How can I return a product?
In the unlikely event of a product failing, we will be happy to accept it back within three months of the date of purchase for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us on 01242 510584 and one of our staff will be able to help.
What happens if my order goes missing?
Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the UK postal system for a period of 28 days and 36 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
