Bulldog Shave Gel Review
I have extremely sensitive skin and finding a shaving product that doesn’t cause me irritation can be a bit of challenge. So when I was asked to try out Bulldog Shave Gel I was a bit weary. First impressions were good, the packaging is simple but fun and yes as I am not a “geography teacher or a communist revolutionary”, one of the comments on the packaging, I do need to shave. It also isn’t too big so will comfortably fit into a travel bag. I have to get up for work at 6am and have my daily shave so smell is important as I really don’t want anything too in your face before I have had my daily hit of caffeine. I found that Bulldog Shave Gel was very refreshing, I think it is the rosemary, eucalyptus, bergamot and peppermint oils that are found in this product, it certainly helped waked me up but wasn’t over powering.
Bulldog shaving gel lathers up very well it is a clear gel I am used to a white foam but do not find this to be a problem. It left my face smooth and soft and allowed the razor to glide smoothly so I was left with no irritation. This is an unusual experience for me when changing shaving gels so I think it might be time to put my Nivea products to bed and replace them with Bulldog. Bulldog shaving gel is also reasonably priced something I was not expecting from a natural product, so yes my girlfriend was right ditching the chemicals does not leave a hefty dent in my wallet.
